To secure a booking a deposit will be required.
Cancellation policy
Guests are strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance, as a booking is a legal contract. Deposits are non-returnable. Full payment is required if you cancel less than 120 hours before 9pm (UK Time) on your arrival date or do not take up your booking by 9pm on the night of your first stay. If we were able to re-let the accommodation the payment required would be to cover our administrative costs.
