The Home of Golf

Our home is ideally situated to take advantage of the numerous golf courses that abound in our area. The Championship Course of Carnoustie is a mere 20 minutes drive away. The challenging links courses of Panmure and Monifieth are even closer.
Ballumbie Castle Golf Course and Driving Range can be seen from our windows and is in a lovely mature open woodland setting.
The gems of Downfield can be reached in 20 mins and Blairgowrie in under an hour.
St Andrews and the Kingdom of Fife courses are well within comfortable driving time, as indeed are over 50 courses, both links and woodland.
To help you plan your itinerary we detail below the websites of some of the courses many of them offering golf passes giving extremely good value.
Our facilities include a drying room and club hire can be arranged.  You can enjoy your game confident in the knowledge that a warm welcome awaits you at Duntrune House.

We are also situated at the heart of The Links Trail and The Angus Trail, two of the six Scottish Golf Trails exploring the legacy of James Braid, one of golf’s greatest course designers. The Gleneagles Trail, too, is easily accessible.
