This is a 10 - 15 minute country walk from Duntrune House. We recommend light daily exercise so this is ideal for the programme. All staff members are mature and experienced to the highest standards.

The package consists of

3 night stay at exclusive Duntrune House

2 Colonic Hydrotherapy treatments

1 Full Body Detox/aromatherapy massage (90 mins)

1 Infrared Detox Sauna session

1 Ear Coning/Candling session

1 Aromatherapy Facial (with massage)

Probiotic implant and capsules (highest quality from Nutri)

Diet and lifestyle consultation

2 Yoga sessions then relaxation (evenings) at Duntrune House

Bookings are confirmed on payment by sterling cheque made payable to Miss Alison Brady and sent to Duntrune House or The Retreat a minimum of 14 days in advance.
